Recydur feels very strong about client satisfaction. The WEEE directive, packaging directive and battery directives are considered complex by many producers and so we provide answers to our clients question within a day, if possible. Our knowledgeable team stands at the disposal of our clients and is fully dedicated to seeking the best and economically feasible solutions to specific situations.

Recydur will consult with the producer first on his/her wishes and demands and the company specific (take-back) systems that may already be operational. Based on these data, the consultancy team will start searching and designing the company unique WEEE, packaging or battery solution.

Because of Recydurs extensive experience with the WEEE legislation in all EU countries, our WEEE team can offer knowledge and solutions to all obligations in every EU country. If specific information regarding a part of the legislation and the producers situation is yet unclear, the WEEE team will do its utmost best to provide an answer to the producer’s question. The same is the case about the upcoming packaging and battery directives.

The consultancy team will represent the producer in all contacts with governments and national clearing houses during the registration process. The team will start the registration process based on basic data (company details, producer unique IDs and sales data) and will keep the producer updated during the process.

Recydur will provide clients with reporting procedures formats for every country the producer has registered in. By following these procedures, the producer should be able do reporting on it’s own. Our team will be at the clients disposal for assistance if necessary. Also reporting by the Recydur team is possible but not advised.

The producer receives updates when WEEE, packaging or battery legislation changes. Recydur will adjust the producers registration free of charge in case of minor adjustments. If the adjustments are major, Recydur will offer a new competitive quotation to the client for this additional work.
